List of essential documents

• Valid aboriginal proof
• Copy of proofs of income
• Provincial and federal income tax reports as well as all attached documents
• Provincial notice of assesment

Tenant

• Copy of lease (this document is required only to verify that the appplicant does not live on a reserve)
• Copy of electricity bill (if the amount indicated on the housing application form is greater than $50.00)

Border

• Proof of residence

Owner

• Copy of lease payment
• Copy of electricity bill
• Copy of municipal and school taxes

Single parent family

• If the composition of the household is one of a single parent family, it is very important to have a copy of the legal guardian decision.
