You may obtain a housing application form by clicking on the link below which you can then print and send by fax.

Housing application form (PDF format)

You must send the form to the branch associated to the dwelling of your choice. You will find the contact information for the different branches on the page "How to find us" or at the top of the housing application form
 
 

List of essential documents

1. Valid aboriginal proof
2. Copy of proofs of income
  • Provincial and federal income tax reports as well as all attached documents
  • rovincial notice of assesment

Tenant

  • Copy of lease (this document is required only to verify that the appplicant does not live on a reserve)
  • Copy of electricity bill (if the amount indicated on the housing application form is greater than $50.00)

Border

  • Proof of residence

Owner

  • Copy of lease payment
  • Copy of electricity bill
  • Copy of municipal and school taxes

Single parent family

  • If the composition of the household is one of a single parent family, it is very important to have a copy of the legal guardian decision.
