More than 35 years spent in housing
management have enabled Waskahegen to develop an excellent
expertise and a vast range of services that distinguishes
itself among others in Canada.What’s new, it is
important to mention that the NAHA has conferred on
the Corporation the first price in the category «
exceptional contribution to the Native’s ’housing
conferred on an organization working throughout the
province of Quebec and who provides affordable housing
to the natives families ;»; recognizing
thus, in 2004, its excellence by giving it the higher
distinction for the quality of its management and housing
development.
Standing out among others because of
its housing management team of approximately 60 employees,
a network of 50 sub-contractors and at least one hundred
volunteers, all caring to offer services that are both
efficient and exceptional, Corporation Waskahegen also
distinguishes itself for the quality, the quantity and
the variety of its housings development of more than
2000 housings for family, seniors, singles or disabled
persons.
Corporation Waskahegen manages 691 buildings in an effective
and responsible manner on behalf of four (4) non-profit
organizations and two (2) housing cooperatives. The
annual operating budget to manage these housings development
is more than 21 millions dollars. Ten (10) branches
equipped with the most up-to-date and efficient computer
system network assuring a professional service in 115
localities of Quebec.
In addition to the excellent computerized
housing management, Corporation Waskahegen offers a
wide range of other services like the legal service,
internal social and community intervention service.
Also, because it owns a general building contractor
permit, the corporation offers an architecture service,
a construction service and a renovation service.

provides an ultra performing housing management service
